Return & Refund Policy

At Mega Flooring, we strive to provide quality flooring products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Special Order Items – Final Sale

All special order items are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This includes products specifically ordered for a customer, custom orders, non-stock items, and made-to-order materials.

Once a special order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Trims, Baseboards & Mouldings – Final Sale

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES are accepted on the following items:

  • Baseboards and casings

  • Trims and mouldings

  • Quarter rounds and shoe mouldings

  • Reducers and transition strips

  • Stair nosings and stair accessories

  • Other flooring finishing materials and accessories

These items are considered FINAL SALE, whether purchased individually or as part of a flooring order.

3. Regular Stock Items

Returns or exchanges of regular stock items are subject to approval by Mega Flooring. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products upon receipt and before installation.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Mega Flooring promptly with your order details and supporting photographs.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with applicable manufacturer warranties and consumer protection laws.

5. Important Notice

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to the applicable return and refund conditions.

All special order items, trims, baseboards, casings, mouldings, and related finishing accessories are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Mega Flooring reserves the right to review return requests in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
